Working out isn’t always our favorite thing to do, but when you look good, you feel good. Finding the perfect workout top that both stylish, and easy to move in is no easy feat, but I have found just the top for you!

I personally always wear a sports bra when working out, as do most of us, but I do find that I like having a top to cover up or prevent spillage while I move. This top does just that. I found this top on Amazon and it is called the Mippo Womens Workout Top. Now, they have a variety of different tops, but my favorite is the long-sleeve, open back one.
What’s it Like?
This is a top made of rayon and spandex. It is long-sleeve and has holes for your thumb, something I find wonderful for working out. It comes in a variety of colors ranging from blacks to reds to greens. The star quality? The beautiful open back with a twist in the bottom. The top itself is slightly baggy and cropped, but enough just to cover the belly.
What are the Pros?
Efficiency: this top is really great for working out as it covers all the areas you’d like it to, but also shows off others. It is super lightweight so moving in it is no issue. The thumb holes are also very comfortable if you have hyper-hydrosis like I do and struggle in exercising with sweaty palms as this will help curb it.
Breathability: because of its open back style, this top is super great for exercise and making sure you don’t overheat. Exercising in the winter can be tricky as you don’t want to get cold, but you also don’t want to overheat. The material and style of this top makes sure you get the best of both worlds.
Style: this top is so unbelievably chic. The open back adds such a nice look, especially if your sports bra has a cool design in the back. It shows off the back while keeping your front covered, which really gives that elegant but toned and fit look to you. Also, by looking good, we also tend to perform well.
Final Thoughts?
This workout top is an adorable addition to your activewear that will keep you looking chic while also allowing you to perform well in whatever it is that you are doing. The price tag is not bad at all, especially when comparing to other competing brands, and it is a style that will never go wrong. I would definitely repurchase mine the moment it starts losing quality, which will take quite a while.
